Give your practice every opportunity to be a success story. A robust business is fundamental in serving your patient’s needs. Running a private podiatry practice brings unique challenges, this course has been designed and written by a successful private practitioner to help you identify the opportunities to protect and grow your business. The course will cover the fundamental pillars required of any business, giving you the information you need to make the nest choices for you and your circumstances. Every practice is different, and so they should be, but making informed choices is key.
Business structures will be examined, examining the difference between being a sole trader and a limited company, and how to decide which is the best structure for you.
Why do you need a business plan, and how do you go about creating one that works for you? We will look at the purpose of a plan and what content it needs to be a valuable document in guiding you to reach your goals.
