Facebook has introduced a new cover video feature that you should be embracing to show off your practice to visitors on your page.
Video content is hot property right now. We all love to watch video and it gives so much more insight to a visitor than just text or a picture. A video will catch the attention of your visitor and allow them to understand more about you, your practice and your brand.
The new feature is being rolled out across business pages, and people will expect to see it on well attended facebook pages soon.
How to do it:
Check to see if the feature is on your page, hover over the page cover image and you will see a change cover button.
Choose From Videos then should appear if the feature has been rolled out to your page. your mouse over your page’s cover image.
If the feature is not yet available keep checking back as the roll out happens.
- If the feature is enabled you can choose a video up to 90 seconds in length.
- Choose something eye-catching
- The video will be muted at first, but you can have a video with sound.
You can change your video frequently to push out different messages or even tell a story over time to keep bringing visitors back to your page.
Patients and potential patients love to see the people who work in the practice, don’t be scared to show something authentic of you in your practice. If you aren’t ready to get in front of the camera just yet then a quick tour of the practice will always be of interest.
